Pay Per Rental

Once you have set your mind on the look you want to rent out, put it in the cart and simply place the order. Your payment will get processed through our payment partner, RazorPay. For the Pay Per Rental, we take a refundable deposit equivalent to the rental amount of the outfit as we need to safeguard ourselves from the damages but once we receive the outfit in pristine condition, we will process the refund and you shall receive it within 3-7 working days.

Nope – simply wear, enjoy your day and don’t forget to share with us. You don’t have to worry about getting it dry-cleaned; we handle all aspects of the garment management process.We have a stringent quality control and management process in place.

Each garment is sent to the cleaners, a trained team of professionals who understand the delicacy and care required for each garment. Back and almost as good as new; all our merchandise is stored in temperature-controlled environment to maintain the quality of the product.

Yes, it is possible to achieve this kind of immediate gratification but only in Pune, and for the other Metro cities,  a minimum of a day should be given for the express delivery to reach your door and it may come at a small cost. You may be charged a premium for the same day or next day delivery. Connect with our team to understand just how much our same day delivery or overnight delivery services cost since it differs from city to city and also on the size and weight of the garment.

Please note: The same day or the next day deliveries will not be eligible for alterations.

We will try our best to fit the garment according to measurements provided by you on your TALI account. You will also be able to the sizing chart provided at each of the designer’s pages to better understand your fit. We can make minor alterations for the fit where possible, so take the right measurements and update them on your TALI account. This is a great way to get your outfits customised for the fit.

That being said, if after taking all these steps, the product still doesn’t fit you, we can offer you a full refund if it’s due to sizing problems. The refund will be processed once the garment is received at our end. It may take up to 7 working days for the refund to reflect in your account.

Please note: We do not allow any kind of alterations to be made by the customer.

If the return day is a Sunday or a national holiday, it will not be considered as the return day as logistic companies stay unserviceable on Sundays and national holidays. That being said, if due to unforeseen circumstances, we are unable to send a delivery executive for pick up, you will not be charged any additional amount.

For those occasions, when you fall head over heels in love with your outfit, you can extend its stay with you. You can now extend the rental period and only pay for the number of days you keep the outfit . But remember, this is subject to the fact that another TALI fashionista hasn’t booked the product for those days. To check about an extension, call us at +918308486666 or shoot us a quick e-mail at helpers@rentattali.com and we can tell you what the specific forward action in your case would be.

Some kinds of love aren’t meant to be shared, and this is one of those! And if you do, be prepared to shell out for any damages that may occur when someone else is wearing a product rented/subscribed on your name. Our Terms &Conditions specify that you are the only person who wears the garment or accessory during the rental period. If someone else uses it, you will be held liable for any damages incurred.If such a case is to occur, we would recommend you instead urge your loved one to rent or subscribe from our website on their own credentials and enjoy every piece and the fabulousness that comes with it.

Any garment found with an irreparable damage during our stringent quality check process after the garment has been returned to the company, will result with the customer paying the full retail price of the garment if it is from the current season; 75% of MRP, if it’s a season old and 50% of MRP, if it’solder than two seasons. As part of our terms and conditions that the customer signs at the time of rental/subscription,he/she becomes legally liable to pay if the damage occurs to the product while under his/her care.

We can guarantee that the product has not been damaged in transit as our delivery executives are trained to manage the product with utmost care.

Of course! If you return four consecutive orders in good condition and on time without any hassles in pay per rental,we let you get your next outfit without a security fee deposit.We maintain an individual profile for each customer’s rental records. Do good and you shall receive the same in return!

Unfortunately, alterations would not be possible for same day or next day deliveries as we require at least 72 hour notice for any alterations that are required.

Once your order has been placed, your outfit rented out through our Pay Per Rental Service, will reach your door a day before the 3- day rental period starts.

During the festive seasons, we request you to be a little more patient since our logistic partner takes more than usual time to deliver the packages due to heavier load. To prevent any delay, we would request you to plan well in advance for the festive seasons.

Subscription Service

It depends on the plan you’re picking.

Starter Pack: With this plan, you can rent out 4 pieces in total and can rent out 2 pcs at a time.

Style Pack: With this plan, you can rent out 8 pieces in total and can rent out 2 pcs at a time.

Pro Pack: With this plan, you can rent out 12 pcs in total and can rent out 3 pcs at a time. 

Starter Pack: With this plan, you will be able to keep the outfits for one week. 

Style Pack: With this plan, you will be able to keep the outfits for 10 days.

Pro Pack: With this plan, you will be able to keep the outfits for 15 days. 

Once you have reached the maximum period, you will be notified and you can swap the outfits for your next set of clothes.

For your convenience, we have categorised the items that are available under our subscription services. You can take a peek at it from our menu bar. Another way to know what items are available through subscription, any item whose rental price is set to Rs. 0 are the ones you can borrow through the subscription plans.

It means that the item would not be currently in stock with us. We strongly recommend that you add yourself on the waitlist to be in the queue to borrow the outfit. If it is out for rental, we will notify you once the outfit is available to borrow. If we do not have it in stock, by placing yourself on the waitlist, we would understand your interest in the outfit and would go on to add it to our inventory. Do not worry though, you can still continue to borrow other available outfits even after placing yourself on the waitlist.

Upon return, eEach garment is sent to the cleaners and cleaned by , a trained team of professionals who understand the delicacy and care required for each garment, and then stored in a temperature-controlled environment to maintain the quality of the product.

We will try and help you out as best as we can. As we provide all the standard sizes for our subscription services, you would have to just choose the size that you normally purchase from any retail stores. Unfortunately, we won’t be able to provide another outfit if the standard size doesn’t fit you. The payment for your subscription plan can be made through all the credit cards and few of the debit cards. Debit cards on MasterCard and Visa network issued by ICICI Bank, Kotak Mahindra Bank, Citibank and Canara Bank can be added to a subscription for automated recurring transactions requiring no customer intervention after a one-time authentication. Your monthly billing cycle starts on the day you enter your card details and hit the Subscribe Button. (This does not apply to early bird offer, which will ensue on 6th March 2020)

Nope! Dry-cleaning, door-step delivery and return costs are all included in your subscription plan.

Swap the outfits for new looks as per your Subscription Plans or once you’re done. Don’t worry! We do doorstep pick ups. Just click return on your borrowed items from your “My Account” page and we will schedule the pick up for the outfit.

To cancel your subscription, please follow the steps below:

 Go to My Account> Billing Info> View Details> Cancel Option

Once you cancel your subscription, request will be sent to the admin. They will check if all the loan items are returned no payment is due. If everything is in order, your subscription will be canceled. If there are still pending charges (in case of damage or loss of items), you will be requested to make the payment for the same. 

Once you have subscribed to a plan and booked your preferred items, the respective looks will be couriered to you within 48 hours. This does not apply to our Early bird subscribers as your subscription plan will start on 6th March 2020.  You will also be able to track your items through your “My Account” < Borrowed Items< Track Package

We understand sometimes these things can happen. We have tried our best to make our outfits stain proof with our coating technology but if there is any irreparable wear and tear to the garment, we will fix it either in house or send it back to the designer and will charge you a small fee to get it fixed. If the damage is found to be permanent, we will return the garment to you and you will be requested to pay for MRP of the outfit. In case of the loss of the garment, we will simply ask you to pay the MRP of the outfit.

Nope! Subscription service is not a time bound service but rest assured, we will try and courier out your order within 48 hrs once it is placed from your end.
