What are some of the designers' pieces you are selling?

What types of merchandise do you carry?
We are selling all types of pieces such as Indian wear, western wear, accessories, small bags and more.
Are the items you are selling pre-loved?
We are selling a mix of new and pre-loved pieces. Once sold, they will not be restocked.
How are the pieces priced?
After doing a thorough quality check on each of our items, we have priced them based on their condition. None of our pieces are damaged, but it may show slight wear and tear due to dry cleaning processes.
What are the payment options?
Currently, we are not accepting any Cash on delivery. You can pay by credit card, debit card, net banking or your online wallets.
Can the items be altered?
Yes. We will be able to customize the item to your specification for a small charge. Please reach out to us at helpers@rentattali.com to request customizations.
What is your return policy?
We currently do not accept any returns or exchange of the items once purchased. For any further queries, please email us at helpers@rentattali.com. We will reply within 1-2 business days.
How long does it take to process an order?
Please allow 1-2 days for your order to be processed for shipping. With customization, please allow us 5-7 days to process the order. We make every effort to fulfill orders as quickly as possible. Understand we are a team of humans, working with human hands, and human brains. We aren't perfect.
